The company is building an advanced AI platform to help internal teams easily create, deploy, and scale AI-powered agents and tools. As the Staff Product Manager, AI Control Plane in Hyderabad, India, you will own the critical foundation that makes this possible. Your responsibilities include overseeing registration, configuration, deployment, lifecycle management, security, governance, monitoring, and operation at scale. Operating at the intersection of product, engineering, AI, security, and business, you will collaborate with a globally distributed PM team to ensure continuous feedback and platform evolution. A normal day involves partnering with engineering and security stakeholders, defining product roadmaps and architectural guardrails, balancing developer velocity with safety and governance, and translating complex infrastructure capabilities into user-friendly developer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineering, security, governance, legal, and business stakeholders to translate organizational requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
• Establish principles, product standards, and architectural guardrails for the Control Plane in partnership with engineering leadership.
• Own the developer experience for configuring, deploying, operating, and troubleshooting AI applications to reduce complexity.
• Define product strategy and roadmaps for the AI platform Control Plane, establishing platform abstractions and reusable standards.
• Define how users, teams, agents, tools, models, and AI resources are identified, authenticated, authorized, and managed throughout their lifecycle.
• Build safety and governance capabilities directly into the platform, defining requirements for guardrails, policy enforcement, and auditability.
• Track and drive success metrics such as developer velocity, time to production, platform leverage, and observability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Staff-level or senior product manager owning platform, infrastructure, or developer tooling products.
• Track record of defining strategy and delivering roadmaps in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments.
• Strong technical fluency in AI infrastructure, distributed systems, security, and platform architecture.
• Demonstrated understanding of AI and agentic systems, including agent runtimes, orchestrations, and related patterns.
• Ability to engage deeply with engineering on technical trade-offs and challenge assumptions effectively.
