You will also bring assets into motion through short loops, animations, and launch films to ensure Sarvam's identity evolves and scales dynamically alongside its technological innovations.

- Design to context rather than relying on templates by turning communication briefs into compelling visuals.
- Push the brand into new spin-off expressions that maintain root identity while earning unique character.
- Incorporate AI design tools as a first-class part of your daily craft for generation, iteration, and retouching.
- Create motion assets such as short loops, animated logo behavior, launch films, and web motion.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience designing communication assets in-house or at a studio, supported by a diverse portfolio.
- Strong fundamentals in typography, hierarchy, grid, space, and color.
- Proficiency in Figma including components, variables, auto-layout, and libraries.
- Working depth in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Proficiency in After Effects to ship motion independently.
- Native fluency with AI design tools and a clear point of view on professional workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to extend a brand system beyond basic guidelines.
Good to have
- Experience in 3D, rendering, or generative and code-based design using tools like Blender, TouchDesigner, p5, or shaders.
- Knowledge of Indic typography such as setting Devanagari, Tamil, Bengali, or Kannada properly.
- Experience in editorial or publication design.
- History of shipping a brand extension end-to-end.
Who should apply
This role suits a designer with serious typographic and spatial fundamentals who cares deeply about the future of the Indian design ecosystem. Ideal candidates have at least three years of communication design experience, are fluent in Figma and other core design tools, and actively use AI in their creative workflows. If you want high ownership, appreciate working alongside fast-moving researchers and engineers, and are eager to build the visual identity of India's sovereign AI platform, this position is a great fit.
