In this hands-on role, you will operate within a Field Engineering pod to guide strategic enterprise clients from initial solution shaping and pre-sales scoping all the way through post-sale deployment and scaling. A normal day involves leading client workshops, designing enterprise context layers to turn fragmented data into production-ready agentic workflows, solving complex technical challenges across data integration and security, and partnering with product teams to influence platform evolution while serving as a trusted technical advisor.

Responsibilities

• Manage large sales opportunities from initial ideation and scoping through delivery and closure.
• Run client workshops to identify high-value business use cases and strategic opportunities.
• Maintain the holistic health, ROI, and North Star use cases for your customer portfolio.
• Drive post-sale technical execution, deployment, and scaling for strategic enterprise clients.
• Design and deploy enterprise context layers for production-ready agent-driven workflows.
• Resolve complex technical problems related to data integration, governance, and security.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape platform capabilities based on customer needs.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience combining technical expertise in data, AI, or ML platforms with delivery leadership.
• Experience managing both customer-facing pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
• Demonstrated track record of deploying complex platforms into enterprise production environments.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data modeling, semantic layers, and system scalability.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud data analytics platforms and metadata layers.
• Advanced SQL skills and robust Python proficiency for data transformation and automation.
• Working knowledge of Generative AI, RAG, prompt engineering, and data governance.
