A normal day in this role involves building agentic workflows, designing evaluation frameworks, collaborating directly with customers and founders to shape product roadmaps, and contributing to the core engineering culture and technology stack in a fast-paced startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Build workflows and agentic pipelines for complex analytical workloads.
- Design evaluation frameworks for the query processing engine.
- Carry out evaluations of the query processing engine.
- Work closely with customers to define the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with founders to define the engineering roadmap.
- Shape up the engineering culture and tech stack for the company.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to work with hard NLP problems.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or a Master's degree.
