VML/WPP Enterprise Solutions is hiring a Technical Architect for their AJO team based in Noida, India. As part of a global operating unit of 12,000 experts, the company builds growth systems and helps global brands with business transformation and marketing modernization using platforms like Adobe, AWS, and Salesforce. In this role, you will act as a key technical expert focusing on Adobe Journey Optimizer and MarTech platform implementations. A normal day in this position involves designing technology solutions, working with complex data models like XDM, writing SQL and programming logic, and building personalized customer journeys. You will also collaborate closely with various business and technology stakeholders, coordinate implementations independently, present ideas with confidence, and suggest best practices to improve overall project execution and client success.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers independently using strong articulation and presentation skills
• Design and implement MarTech platforms including Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Handle marketing database tasks such as querying, aggregations, joins, indexing, and key definitions
• Align complex data models like XDM with marketing campaign goals
• Create business rules and conditional logic for personalized customer journeys
• Identify improvement areas and advocate for industry best practices
• Collaborate with internal business and technology stakeholders

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing with MarTech platform implementations like Adobe and SFDC
• Expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Experience Platform
• Strong database knowledge in technologies like SQL, Oracle, or Teradata
• Knowledge of logical programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or PHP
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Strong communication, presentation, and independent customer interaction skills
• Ability to manage stakeholders and coordinate implementations effectively

Good to have

• Familiarity with XDM data models
• Experience in marketing database design
