In this role within the Offline User Growth Team, you will help drive user acquisition and market expansion. A normal day in this position involves visiting local markets, retail outlets, and high-footfall locations to spot growth opportunities. You will interact regularly with merchants, customers, and local communities, build relationships with local businesses and institutions, and execute local marketing campaigns. Your daily routine will also require you to coordinate with internal teams to close opportunities and maintain proper tracking of all your field visits, partnerships, and execution activities.
Responsibilities
- Visit local markets, shops, restaurants, and retail outlets to find growth openings
- Build and manage partnerships with regional brands and local businesses
- Identify and develop corporate, college, institutional, and community partnerships
- Interact with merchants and customers to understand market needs and share feedback
- Find new ways to drive user acquisition, brand visibility, and local marketing
- Support the execution of merchant programs, college activities, and local campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to take opportunities from start to closure
- Track field visits, partnership progress, and execution results regularly
