VML/WPP Enterprise Solutions is hiring a CSC Consultant in Noida to join their team and help businesses with digital transformation and marketing modernization. WPP Enterprise Solutions builds growth systems for competitive companies, working with global experts and partners like Adobe, AWS, and Google. As a CSC Consultant, you will enter a structured Train-to-Deploy program focused on Adobe Workfront and Adobe Experience Manager implementations. A normal day involves leading discovery workshops with clients, translating business needs into platform configurations, writing requirement documents, and managing client relationships. You will configure platform workflows, guide user adoption, participate in enablement training, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful client solutions and live projects within 20 to 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with client stakeholders to map current processes against target platforms.
• Author Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, and configuration documentation.
• Configure and validate platform components such as workflows, templates, and reporting.
• Manage relationships with client stakeholders and provide executive-level status updates.
• Drive user adoption, change management activities, training sessions, and go-live support.
• Participate in the internal enablement program, complete certifications, and shadow senior consultants.
• Identify and escalate integration or technical dependencies to technical leads.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Consultant, or in client-facing consulting delivery.
• Clear, compelling communication style effective with senior leadership and peers.
• Ability to align cross-functional teams around shared goals through influence.
• Sharp analytical judgment to turn complex information into sound product decisions.
• Track record of leading large, complex programs through ambiguity and organizational change.
• Demonstrated requirements-gathering and workshop-facilitation experience with external clients.
• Strong written documentation skills including process flows and configuration documents.
• Executive-level presentation and stakeholder-management experience.

Good to have

• Exposure to REST or SOAP integrations and middleware.
• Basic SQL or Business Intelligence reporting tool experience.
• Change management or user-adoption experience on prior platform rollouts.
• Project Management Professional, Certified ScrumMaster, or similar process certifications.
• Prior Adobe solution exposure or agency content operations background.
