As an Applied AI Architect based in Mumbai, India, you will function as a Pre-Sales technical advisor within the Applied AI team. Your main objective is to help large enterprises across India and the Asia-Pacific region understand the value of Claude and guide them in seamlessly integrating and deploying these LLM solutions into their tech stacks. On a typical day, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, guiding enterprise customers from initial technical discovery and evaluations to full deployment. You will design scalable architectures, build evaluation frameworks, share product insights, and deliver compelling technical content tailored to both C-suite executives and engineering teams. This role combines deep technical know-how with customer-facing engagement, occasional travel within India and the APAC region, and cross-timezone collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to translate customer needs into technical AI solutions.
• Act as the primary technical advisor guiding enterprise clients through their Claude adoption journey.
• Support customers building applications using both the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver tailored technical content for diverse audiences, from developers to executives.
• Guide architectural decisions to integrate Claude effectively into existing enterprise tech stacks.
• Help customers build evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance for specific use cases.
• Travel occasionally within India and the APAC region for customer workshops and deep dives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles like Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in India or APAC navigating complex buying cycles.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to C-suite executives and IT teams.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
• Comfortable working with Python.
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks, tools, machine learning, or data science.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
