As an Applied AI Architect for Partnerships in Bangalore, you will act as a Pre-Sales technical architect to cultivate relationships with cloud partners and Global and Regional System Integrators. Your main goal is to accelerate indirect revenue and enable AI practices through strong technical collaboration. On a typical day, you might work closely with the GTM partnerships team, embed with partner technical teams to troubleshoot issues, build joint industry-specific GenAI solutions, help unblock complex strategic customer deals, and share critical product feedback with internal product teams to shape future deployment strategies. This role suits professionals who love teaching, technical communication, and driving impactful GenAI adoption across diverse enterprise ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Act as a technical thought partner to the GTM partnerships team to drive strategic programs.
• Embed with partner technical teams to enable AI practices and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate on joint industry-specific GenAI solutions and reference architectures.
• Support strategic customer deals by providing deep technical expertise where partners deliver.
• Represent Anthropic at partner workshops, summits, hackathons, and developer events.
• Gather and relay partner product feedback to inform internal product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles.
• Track record of partnering with GSIs or cloud providers to solve complex technical challenges.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders from C-suite to developers.
• Strong presentation and technical communication skills.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and enterprise integrations.
• Familiarity with common LLM frameworks, machine learning, or data science.
