As an Applied AI Architect based in Bangalore, India, you will function as a Pre-Sales architect and trusted technical advisor for large enterprises across India and the Asia-Pacific region. Your primary goal is to help businesses understand the value of Claude and guide them in integrating and deploying AI solutions into their technology stacks. A normal day in this role involves collaborating with account executives and engineering teams, translating customer requirements into technical solutions, supporting API integrations, and guiding clients through evaluation frameworks and scalable architectures. You will also travel occasionally for customer workshops, communicate across global time zones, and bridge the gap between technical concepts and business objectives for diverse enterprise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account executives to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Serve as the primary technical advisor to enterprise customers from discovery through deployment.
• Support customers building with both the Claude API and Claude for Work.
• Create and deliver tailored technical content ranging from engineering deep dives to executive business discussions.
• Guide technical architecture decisions and help integrate Claude into existing enterprise technology stacks.
• Help customers build evaluation frameworks to measure Claude's performance for specific use cases.
• Travel occasionally within India and the APAC region for customer workshops and technical sessions.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles like Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in India or the APAC region.
• Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders including C-suite executives.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating with enterprise systems.
• Comfortable with Python and familiar with common LLM frameworks or machine learning tools.
• Strong technical communication skills for translating requirements between technical and business stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones as part of a global team.

Good to have

• Background in machine learning or data science.
• Experience navigating complex buying cycles with multiple stakeholders.
