HackerOne, a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management, is looking for an Associate Renewal Specialist to join its sales team in Pune for the UK shift. HackerOne unites agentic AI solutions with a massive community of ethical security researchers to help enterprises continuously discover, prioritize, and remediate exposures across code, cloud, and AI systems. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the renewal process for existing customer accounts and providing quoting and Salesforce support to partnered sales teams. Working within a collaborative Revenue organization, your daily routine will involve partnering with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to align renewal strategies, negotiating with diverse stakeholders such as procurement and legal contacts, maintaining accurate sales forecasts, and utilizing Salesforce to manage opportunities while striving to meet or exceed retention quotas.

Responsibilities

• Manage the renewal process for customer accounts to ensure retention.
• Collaborate with Customer Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and partners on renewal strategies.
• Negotiate with business, procurement, and legal contacts to facilitate timely renewals.
• Provide quoting and day-to-day Salesforce administration support for the Sales team.
• Maintain accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and track customer experience.
• Meet and exceed quarterly and annual retention quotas and performance metrics.
• Rapidly acquire knowledge of security, vulnerability management, and bug bounty programs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in software or web technologies renewal sales.
• Exposure to technical audiences, with preference for Internet security or SaaS market experience.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
• Proficient understanding of Salesforce.com and CPQ.
• Ability to understand and articulate new technologies and align value propositions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
