Responsibilities
- Partner with large customers to resolve complex challenges regarding architecture, performance, and security.
- Serve as an expert resource on best practices for operating MongoDB at scale.
- Advocate for customer requirements by interfacing with internal product management and development teams.
- Contribute to internal projects involving software development for support, benchmarking, and diagnostic tools.
- Handle frontline technical support inquiries and guide customers toward success with the platform.
- Work collaboratively with peer engineers and seek assistance when needed for advanced diagnostics.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in technical support and systems administration.
- Strong grasp of systems troubleshooting, scalable distributed systems, and network administration.
- Solid understanding of application and data architecture, plus database administration.
- Experience in performance tuning and benchmarking.
- B.Tech / B.S. degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to stay calm under pressure.

- Familiarity with modern AI concepts and AI-assisted troubleshooting tools.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, Ruby, C, C++, Javascript, Go, or PHP.
