Suki, a technology company specializing in AI voice solutions for healthcare, is hiring a Billing Analyst in Bengaluru. The company's mission is to ease the administrative burden on clinicians using innovative products like Suki Assistant and Suki Platform. In this revenue operations role, you will manage the systems of record for customer contracts, ensuring data accuracy across platforms. A typical day involves maintaining synchronization between Salesforce and Chargebee by processing signed contracts, updating licenses, executing pricing modifications, issuing credit memos, and managing billing details. You will also collaborate with the Customer Success, Sales, Finance, and Support teams to guarantee seamless onboarding, resolve invoicing queries, and conduct regular data audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing-detail data entry and align with Sales Operations regarding new contracts and amendments.
• Create and update customer accounts and licenses in Chargebee and Salesforce.
• Issue credit memos, void invoices, and adjust invoice structures as needed.
• Perform quarterly audits to verify consistency of customer user data across platforms.
• Address customer questions about payment methods, invoicing, and user management.
• Update license pricing in Salesforce and Chargebee following signed addendums.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Support teams for smooth onboarding and collections.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales operations, customer success, or revenue operations at a B2B SaaS company.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience with the ability to build and edit revenue schedules.
• Experience working with subscription billing platforms such as Chargebee or Zuora.
• Strong attention to detail and meticulousness regarding contract and pricing data accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across Finance, Support, and Customer Success departments.

• Familiarity with Gainsight.
