As a Creative Quality Assurance professional at Pattern, you will be an essential part of the Creative QA team based in Pune, India. Your primary mission is to conduct thorough checks on Amazon and marketplace creative assets, such as A+ Content, Image Stacks, and product imagery, ensuring everything meets strict quality standards before going live. A normal day in this full-time role involves reviewing Figma design files against content documents, checking for copy errors, spotting visual inconsistencies or AI-generation mistakes, and logging findings to prevent listing takedowns. You will also help improve inspection workflows, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure projects move smoothly from pre-production to launch without delays.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed QA on Amazon A+ Content and Image Stack modules by comparing Figma designs with content sheets.
- Verify copy accuracy, including headlines, bullets, and claims, to maintain consistent brand voice.
- Audit images against reference photos to detect AI errors, color mismatches, and cropping issues.
- Log and prioritize QA findings with actionable feedback for designers and copywriters.
- Track task progression and communicate updates to project owners and CPMs.
- Maintain brand-specific QA guidelines and help refine the overall inspection workflow.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of interest and experience with QA in a creative or production team.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications.
- Working familiarity with Figma design software.
- Strong AI-tool fluency with a quick-learner mindset for new technologies.
- Excellent professional communication and diplomatic interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain high rigor and organization under pressure and at volume.
Good to have
- Experience performing QA on Amazon A+ Content or ecommerce listing creative.
