ClinChoice is hiring an ERP Systems Manager for its location in Bengaluru, India. In this full-time role, you will lead the international segment of the Global ERP Administration function. Your team collaborates with international cross-functional groups to help users utilize Microsoft Dynamics 365 smoothly. You will also coordinate with the internal ERP development team and third-party vendors to keep system operations running efficiently. A normal day in this position involves guiding the administration team, troubleshooting system problems, analyzing business needs, managing project lifecycles, and supervising timesheet operations. You will also handle user permissions, track open requests, lead project meetings, and conduct application training programs. Additionally, you will drive automation initiatives to improve overall business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the International ERP Administration team and oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 user support.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to solve system issues and improve performance.
• Analyze business needs, prepare documentation, and manage change requests.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, testing, and release schedules.
• Manage ERP timesheet operations, resource planning, and user permissions.
• Lead project meetings and design training programs for employees and managers.
• Drive cross-functional automation initiatives for better operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in information systems, computer science, accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 to 12 years of experience in ERP operations or finance systems support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in system implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Business-level proficiency in English and flexibility to support U.S. and European time zones.

Good to have

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for collaboration with the ERP vendor and China IT team.
• Availability across time zones during the financial close period.
