As the Finance Manager at ICEYE in New Delhi, you will serve as the primary in-country finance lead for a global leader in sovereign intelligence and synthetic aperture radar satellite constellations. ICEYE builds and operates advanced satellite technology to deliver persistent Earth observation monitoring for defense, environmental, insurance, and emergency management customers worldwide. In this permanent, hybrid role reporting to senior management in India and the global finance team, your work ensures statutory compliance, manages local financial risks, and provides clarity for operational scaling. A normal day involves overseeing local accounting operations, driving budgeting and forecasting, managing corporate tax and GST obligations, and partnering cross-functionally with global finance, legal, and sales teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering for the Indian office.
- Oversee local statutory reporting, group accounting, and manage the local accounting office.
- Ensure compliance with Indian GAAP, tax regulations, corporate income tax, and withholding tax obligations.
- Own end-to-end GST compliance including monthly filings, reconciliations, and annual returns.
- Support transfer pricing compliance, intercompany billing, and MCA Registrar of Companies obligations.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and recommend actions to accelerate growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally as the key finance point of contact for global and local teams.
Requirements
- Chartered Accountant qualification
- 12+ years of relevant finance experience
- Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, IFRS, local tax regulations, and statutory reporting
- Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment
- Fluent in English

- Experience working in a multinational or scale-up environment
- Familiarity with transfer pricing and intercompany billing in an international group context
- Hindi language skills
