In this role, your normal day will involve developing and configuring FDI reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators within Oracle Fusion Applications. You will work closely with functional teams across Finance, SCM, and HCM to gather reporting requirements, build and maintain subject areas, and ensure high standards of data accuracy, security, and performance. Additionally, you will handle troubleshooting, resolve reporting issues, and deliver scheduled or ad-hoc analytics solutions to support daily business decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure FDI reports, dashboards, and KPIs within Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Collaborate with functional teams like Finance, SCM, and HCM to gather reporting requirements.
- Build and maintain OTBI, BI Publisher, and FDI subject areas for business analytics.
- Ensure data accuracy, performance, and security across all reports and analytics.
- Support business decisions by providing scheduled and ad-hoc reporting solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to FDI reporting and data integrity.
- Stay updated on best practices and tools for Oracle Fusion reporting.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) and reporting tools.
- Hands-on expertise with OAS, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW).
- Good understanding of Fusion Applications data models in Finance, HCM, and SCM modules.
- Proficiency in SQL, data joins, and query optimization.
- Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into effective reports and dashboards.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
