As a Multilingual Health Coach, you will serve as the main point of contact for assigned members, guiding them toward better health through continuous support. Your team works collaboratively to deliver a new standard of care by combining advanced technology with clinical expertise. During a normal day, you will review member health data daily, hold scheduled conversations to motivate lifestyle changes, provide personalized nutrition coaching, and help members understand the Twin platform. You will also track performance metrics, collaborate internally with doctors and other coaches, and take ownership of member retention and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned members to build trust and offer personalized support.
• Help members understand and use the Twin platform to make informed lifestyle changes.
• Conduct structured, regular conversations with members to motivate and drive positive health outcomes.
• Deliver individualized nutrition and lifestyle coaching focused on reversing metabolic diseases.
• Review and interpret member health data daily to enable timely and actionable interventions.
• Take full ownership of member adherence, retention, reactivation, and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including doctors, coaches, and customer success.
