Twin Health is looking for a Product Manager to lead the member experience for its innovative AI Digital Twin technology in Chennai. Twin Health is dedicated to empowering people to prevent and reverse chronic metabolic diseases like type 2 diabetes and obesity using a new standard of care built on dynamic metabolic models. In this senior role, you will define the vision and strategy for the member product in India, overseeing the entire journey from onboarding to daily guidance. A normal day involves shaping how the AI Digital Twin comes to life across mobile, chat, voice, and connected devices, turning complex health data into simple, personalized guidance. You will work closely with Design, Engineering, AI/ML, Clinical, Data, and Operations teams to solve key problems, run experiments, and deliver impactful health outcomes for members.
Responsibilities
- Define the product vision and strategy for Twin's member experience in India.
- Own the end-to-end member journey spanning onboarding, daily guidance, nutrition, and care interactions.
- Reimagine healthcare as an AI-native experience integrating app, chat, voice, and human care.
- Drive measurable member outcomes focused on engagement, behavior change, treatment adherence, and clinical results.
- Lead through experimentation by testing new experiences and scaling successful initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, AI/ML, Clinical, Data, Operations, and Design teams.
- Shape global product strategy by bringing insights from India and adapting global capabilities.
- Manage a product manager and establish strong product practices and a culture of member obsession.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience including consumer-facing web and mobile products.
- Meaningful experience building AI-powered consumer experiences involving LLMs, conversational AI, or recommendation systems.
- Deep customer obsession combining qualitative research, customer interaction, and behavioral data.
- Strong analytical judgment to define metrics, design experiments, and interpret data.
- Experience with both 0-to-1 product creation and scaling products used by millions.
- Based in Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai.
