Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact and build trusting relationships with assigned members.
- Guide members in understanding and using the Twin platform for lifestyle adjustments.
- Conduct structured, regular conversations to motivate members and track health progress.
- Deliver personalized nutrition and lifestyle coaching to aid in metabolic disease remission.
- Review and analyze member health data daily to provide prompt and actionable interventions.
- Take ownership of member retention, adherence, and early drop-off prevention.
- Handle escalations professionally and offer emotional support during member distress.
- Collaborate with internal doctors, coaches, and customer success teams for coordinated care.
