Truveta is on a mission to save lives with data by building a comprehensive health data platform to accelerate scientific discovery and improve patient care. At the India Development Center in Hyderabad, the team plays a critical role in global scaling. As an HR Generalist joining this dynamic environment, you will support daily People operations and manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Your role involves collaborating with employees and managers to ensure smooth processes, assisting with talent acquisition duties such as sourcing and interview coordination, and driving employee engagement initiatives. A normal day typically includes handling employee queries, maintaining accurate records, coordinating recruitment activities, supporting compliance, and partnering with cross-functional teams like IT, Finance, and Payroll to maintain a high-performing organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to staff and managers.
• Manage the employee lifecycle including onboarding, promotions, and offboarding.
• Coordinate with IT, Payroll, and Finance for seamless HR operations.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing, scheduling, and interviews.
• Support employee engagement, wellness, and culture-building events.
• Maintain accurate records in HR systems and update candidate tracking platforms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Indian labor laws.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in an HR Generalist or HR Operations role.
• Strong knowledge of core HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
• Familiarity with recruitment coordination or candidate sourcing.
• Experience operating HR systems or Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and confidentiality.

Good to have

• MBA or PGDM in Human Resources.
• Experience in a fast-growing technology or product organization.
• Exposure to tech recruiting, performance management, and HR analytics.
• Working knowledge of Indian statutory compliance and labor laws.
• Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Workday, or BambooHR.
