As an Integration Consultant at project44 in Bengaluru, India, you will play a key role in helping companies optimize their supply chains through advanced technology. project44 operates a Decision Intelligence Platform called Movement, which transforms fragmented logistics data into real-time, AI-powered insights to help global businesses connect, see clearly, and automate intelligently. In this full-time, work-from-office role with a shift timing of 5:00 pm to 2:00 am IST, your normal day involves managing customer implementations from start to finish. You will lead kick-off calls, review technical requirements, consult on API setups, define test plans, conduct remote training, and host weekly status meetings. Additionally, you will configure the platform, log updates in Salesforce, and manage post-implementation handovers while leveraging AI in your daily work.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate standard project management methodology for all implementations including kick-off calls and technical reviews.
• Review customer setups, consult on API integrations, and provide best practices for efficient configurations.
• Define and provide input on test plans for SIT and UT with comprehensive testing scenarios.
• Conduct remote training sessions tailored to end users and lead weekly status meetings.
• Handle post-implementation hypercare, prepare cut-off plans, and transition accounts to support teams.
• Manage technical project tasks such as driving RAID and configuring the platform to reduce time to value.
• Create, update, and distribute documentation regarding integration standards and best practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• 3-5 years of customer-facing experience in customer integrations, software delivery, or logistics technology.
• Experience working with Postman, Kibana, Salesforce, JIRA, Confluence, and Github.
• Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team setting while handling multiple projects at once.
• Knowledge of writing technical documentation and understanding customer requirements.
• Ability to run system data analyses and proactively communicate risks and opportunities.

Good to have

• Fluency in French, Spanish, or German.
• Experience with SaaS, RTTV, Supply Chain, and project management.
• Knowledge of TMS such as SAP LBN, OTM, Blue Yonder, and EDI integration.
