Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Account teams to qualify opportunities, lead architecture reviews, and scope engagements.
- Build and present proposals translating ambiguous customer problems into time-boxed deliverables.
- Serve as executive technical sponsor and manage relationships from IC engineers to C-suite stakeholders.
- Ensure delivery quality, milestone tracking, and clean handoffs across the region's projects.
- Identify and escalate product gaps and customer pain points to Product and Engineering.
- Lead, hire, develop, and scale a team of 6 to 8 Forward Deployed Engineers.
- Build and scale the partner FDE track for GSI and consulting partners.
Requirements
- Have 8+ years of experience leading technical teams that build and ship in production.
- Experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or a similar function writing and reviewing code.
- Experience with software development and coding in Python, Javascript, or Typescript.
- Built and owned AI-native workflows in production and debugged real-world model failures.
- Ability to diagnose complex enterprise engineering environments and scope meaningful engagements.
- Experience building and scaling IC-level technical teams with a focus on sharp scoping and clean delivery.
