Within this environment, the Information Systems team builds and scales crucial internal tools in partnership with Finance, GTM, Engineering, and People. As a Senior Finance Systems Architect based in Bangalore, you will lead and innovate across the enterprise systems landscape. In this position, you will drive operational excellence by designing, implementing, and optimizing scalable business processes, financial systems integrations, and supply chain tools. A typical day involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, architecting end-to-end solutions, managing complex system integrations, and running enterprise system enhancements to ensure data flows securely and accurately across platforms.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy advanced workflows, scripts, and configurations in platforms like NetSuite, Coupa, Stripe, and Chargebee.
- Manage system integrations and optimize iPaaS tools such as Workato and Mulesoft for seamless data flow.
- Ensure SOX compliance through robust internal controls, system audits, and governance.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and deliver actionable insights using advanced reporting and dashboards.
- Drive continuous system improvements and deploy process automation tools to streamline operations.
- Implement AI and machine learning tools to design and build intelligent automation workflows and agentic solutions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in business systems architecture or administration with hands-on implementation work.
- Strong understanding of Finance technology stacks including NetSuite, Coupa, Supply Chain, and billing systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Python.
- Experience with middleware and low/no-code platforms like Workato, n8n, Mulesoft, and Alteryx.
- Knowledge of ITGCs and SOX compliance along with multi-subsidiary environment experience.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Git and Jenkins within NetSuite development.
- Experience managing API integrations using REST and SOAP protocols.
