Lambda, the AI cloud infrastructure provider known as The Superintelligence Cloud, is hiring a Senior Salesforce Developer or Architect in Bangalore, India. Lambda operates at the intersection of AI research and enterprise computing, offering powerful GPU-based cloud solutions to a wide range of customers from individual researchers to hyperscalers. In this role, you will lead the scalability, optimization, and development of the company's Salesforce ecosystem, focusing heavily on Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, integrations, and the entire Lead-to-Cash lifecycle. A normal working day involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including GTM, Product, and Engineering to build customized solutions, designing native Salesforce applications with Apex and LWC, managing integrations with business systems, deploying AI workflows, and implementing robust DevOps and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and native platform features.
• Architect full GTM lifecycle solutions spanning lead management, quoting, billing, and renewals.
• Manage and support Salesforce Revenue Cloud and ARM solutions for improved operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and systems like NetSuite and HubSpot using Workato or APIs.
• Deploy Salesforce AI solutions such as Agentforce and Data Cloud to enhance productivity and engagement.
• Implement CI/CD best practices using SFDX, GitHub, and deployment tools like Gearset or Copado.
• Ensure platform security, data integrity, and compliance with GDPR and SOX regulations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with expertise in Sales Cloud, Apex, LWC, and Flows.
• Proven experience with Lead-to-Cash processes including sales automation, CPQ, and billing.
• Hands-on background utilizing Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Advanced Revenue Management.
• Integration experience connecting Salesforce with GTM tools using middleware and iPaaS platforms.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices including SFDX, Git, CI/CD, and Gearset.
• Experience maintaining Salesforce environments under SOX controls and audit readiness.
• Active certification as a Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
• Effective communication skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Experience with enterprise quote-to-cash processes and Revenue Operations.
• Background in building AI-powered applications and agentic workflows using modern frameworks.
• Past tenure working in high-growth SaaS or startup environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations.
