As a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Level AI in Noida, India, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of enterprise AI applications. Working alongside industry experts from top companies, you will engage in high-impact projects that empower contact center stakeholders with real-time insights and data-driven decision-making. A normal day in this role involves building user interfaces for real-time AI products, developing end-to-end features for Agent Assist workflows, turning wireframes into production-ready full-stack code, and creating scalable APIs. You will utilize modern backend and frontend technologies to deliver reliable, user-focused enterprise solutions in a dynamic and growth-oriented startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of features and tools for Agent Assist workflows.
• Build web interfaces for real-time, customer-facing AI products.
• Turn designs and wireframes into production-ready full-stack code.
• Develop features using React and backend services like Django and NestJS.
• Build reusable components and shared front-end libraries.
• Design and implement scalable APIs and service integrations.
• Integrate with cloud services and event-driven pipelines for real-time assistance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of full-stack development experience
• 2+ years of web application development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS with solid React understanding
• Experience with backend frameworks such as Django, Node.js, or NestJS
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB
• Experience with Redis or similar caching systems
• Strong product sense to build reliable, user-focused enterprise applications

Good to have

• Experience with GraphQL, WebSockets, and real-time features
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP services
• Experience with Snowflake or other data warehouses
• Experience with multi-tenant or SaaS architectures
• Experience building AI-enabled, agent-facing, or contact-center products
