As a Senior Global Talent Sourcer at Endor Labs in Bengaluru, India, you will drive the top of the funnel for global hiring needs across India, the UK, and the US on a 6-month direct contract. Your daily work involves managing role intakes, building proactive talent pipelines, mapping out talent markets, and delivering qualified candidates to recruiters. Endor Labs develops an advanced Application Security platform that helps modern organizations tackle complex software dependencies, prioritize critical risks, and secure code efficiently. In this role, you will spend your normal day conducting market research, utilizing AI and automation tools to scale sourcing, engaging passive candidates through personalized outreach, and collaborating closely with hiring managers and recruiters to refine target profiles for hard-to-fill technical positions.

Responsibilities

• Own global sourcing strategies for priority technical and business functions, focusing on Engineering and Security.
• Identify top talent utilizing LinkedIn, GitHub, open-source communities, referrals, and professional networks.
• Create comprehensive talent maps and deliver market intelligence on target companies and competitive landscapes.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define target candidate profiles and effective outreach approaches.
• Design thoughtful, personalized outreach strategies to connect with and engage passive candidates.
• Leverage AI, automation, and sourcing technology to enhance productivity and scale recruitment efforts.
• Track pipeline health and key sourcing metrics to continuously improve sourcing outcomes and strategies.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on talent sourcing experience within a technology company or high-growth startup.
• Demonstrated experience sourcing technical talent across Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure.
• Expert passive sourcing abilities including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searching, X-ray search, and creative research.
• Experience supporting recruitment across multiple international geographies and adapting to different talent markets.
• Background in building talent maps, competitive intelligence, and market research for difficult searches.
• Practical experience using AI to solve actual sourcing or recruiting problems with measurable improvements.
• Strong outreach and candidate engagement skills tailored for senior passive talent.
• Ability to independently own sourcing strategy from initial target identification to pipeline delivery.
