MongoDB is expanding its Strategic Account Marketing team to drive business growth across its most important global accounts. As a Senior Manager in Marketing at the Gurugram office, you will help execute key programs tailored for select strategic accounts with a strong developer presence in India, coordinating with global peers in EMEA and AMER. MongoDB provides a modern data platform and cloud-native solutions like MongoDB Atlas, helping organizations innovate and modernize workloads. A normal day in this role involves building relationships with sales and developer advocacy teams, developing 1:1 and 1:few marketing plans, aligning marketing with sales goals, consulting clients and sales teams, and tracking performance metrics to optimize campaigns for maximum business impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic 1:1 and 1:few marketing plans for key global accounts with developer arms in India.
- Act as a strategic marketing consultant to sales teams and clients by recommending tailored programs and tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including field, partner, customer marketing, and developer advocacy.
- Align marketing efforts with sales goals, provide sales enablement resources, and ensure smooth lead handoffs.
- Track performance metrics, evaluate program ROI, and optimize account-based marketing campaigns.
- Travel as required and coordinate with regional markets across APAC.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of account, field, industry marketing, or sales experience in the tech sector.
- Experience working with large and complex global enterprise accounts across verticals like FSI and automotive retail.
- Experience with strategic 1:1 or 1:few account-based marketing using multi-channel tactics.
- Experience working with cloud, ISV, and AI tech partners.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and marketing technology tools such as 6sense, Eloqua, and Tableau.
- Proven experience working with global teams and key APAC markets.
Good to have
- AI-savvy with a strong desire to learn how AI tools can be used in daily work.
- Experience presenting to sales and marketing leadership and customers.
