Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and develop the Gurugram Revenue Operations team, including Revenue Managers and Analysts.
- Oversee monthly and quarterly revenue close activities, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
- Review complex sales transactions in ERP and revenue systems for data accuracy and proper allocations.
- Evaluate non-standard customer contracts and guide revenue treatment under ASC 606.
- Partner with global Revenue leadership and cross-functional teams to resolve operational and accounting issues.
- Lead quarterly reviews and year-end audits for revenue processes managed by the India team.
- Drive process improvements, standardization, automation, and enhanced controls within Revenue Operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of relevant experience in revenue accounting or revenue operations at a public, high-growth SaaS or technology company
- Demonstrated people leadership experience managing Managers and individual contributors
- Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 with SaaS, cloud, and usage-based revenue models
- Experience owning complex revenue close processes, reconciliations, and analytics
- Understanding of financial reporting controls, SOX requirements, and external audit support
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems along with advanced Excel skills
