MongoDB is seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager for its HR Technology organization in Gurugram to help deliver effective technology solutions and AI-driven transformations. In this role, you will take charge of complex, cross-functional initiatives by collaborating closely with teams like Human Resources, Legal, and Finance. Your daily routine will involve driving release roadmaps, managing team backlogs, identifying delivery risks, refining internal processes, and offering data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions. Working in a hybrid model based out of Gurugram, you will help accelerate business impact, foster continuous improvement through retrospectives, and ensure smooth coordination between product development and various internal stakeholders to meet organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programs within HR Technology.
• Coordinate between product teams and stakeholders to prioritize backlogs and release plans.
• Monitor project health and manage data regarding ticket backlogs and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate project delivery risks while knowing when to apply hands-on management.
• Run retrospectives to promote continuous learning and process improvements across teams.
• Analyze information patterns to take timely and effective action on technical challenges.
• Build technical knowledge in domain areas to manage dependencies and risks effectively.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in an PMO and/or engineering organization in program management, support, or analytics.
• Experience managing HR-related technical programs end-to-end using agile delivery methods.
• Proficiency in understanding HR technologies, processes, and core HCM capabilities.
• Strong ability to balance product goals with engineering constraints.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools like JIRA, Smartsheet, and GSuite.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with engineers and business stakeholders.
• High organizational skills for tracking program data and schedules.
