WPP Media is hiring a Senior Vice President, Client Services for its Mumbai office to drive growth and manage key client relationships. WPP Media is an AI-driven media operating unit that combines media, data, and partnerships through the WPP Open platform to deliver personalized campaigns at scale. In this leadership position, you will act as a trusted advisor to top clients, particularly working on major advertisers. A normal day involves analyzing FMCG and market trends, leading strategic conversations on media and business outcomes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn insights into action, and building senior client relationships. You will also oversee team appraisals, guide staff development, supervise financial and campaign schedules, and drive thought leadership across WPP capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Continuously analyze reports covering FMCG trends, market changes, and competitive intelligence.
• Act as a client visionary by providing valuable perspectives based on business needs and opportunities.
• Collaborate with diverse teams to turn insights into actionable business outcomes.
• Ensure timely team appraisals, clear development goals, and career training for members.
• Strengthen senior client relationships and position Mindshare as a trusted business partner.
• Manage campaign development schedules, investment charters, and commercial processes.
• Lead collaborative operating models across specialist functions like Measurement, Data Analytics, and Content.
