In this senior position, you will lead a portfolio of multiple client accounts and drive overall business performance. Your daily activities will involve acting as the primary client partner, guiding senior client relationships, overseeing strategic planning, and managing cross-functional teams across media planning, buying, digital, content, and analytics. You will ensure delivery excellence across media and integrated marketing solutions while championing data-led decision-making, revenue growth, and continuous collaboration across internal agency units.
Responsibilities
- Act as the senior point of contact for clients, building strong C-suite and marketing leadership relationships.
- Lead annual media and communication strategy, AOP planning, and long-term brand roadmaps.
- Provide strategic counsel on brand growth, market share, media innovation, and ROI.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team across media planning, buying, digital, content, and analytics.
- Oversee integrated campaign execution across TV, digital, print, OOH, e-commerce, and emerging platforms.
- Ensure timely delivery, quality output, and adherence to client KPIs and SLAs.
- Partner with publishers, platforms, and vendors to bring innovation and efficiency to the client.
