Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain HVAC systems including chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
- Operate and oversee Building Management Systems for performance, alarms, and trends.
- Inspect electrical LT panels, UPS systems, and power distribution setups.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance while coordinating breakdown repairs with vendors.
- Supervise facility contractors and ensure compliance with safety and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, Fire, and Life Safety regulations.
- Maintain maintenance logs, inspection records, and facility reports.
Requirements
- Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electrical & Electronics Engineering.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in technical facilities management, corporate workplaces, data centers, or commercial buildings.
- Proficiency in Building Management System (BMS) and HVAC system operations.
- Experience with electrical LT panels and UPS systems.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance planning and CMMS.
- Skills in vendor management, problem-solving, and incident management.
