Responsibilities
- Lead architecture, design, and development of scalable Salesforce solutions and integrations.
- Translate business requirements into secure, maintainable technical solutions aligned with platform strategy.
- Partner with stakeholders and engineering teams to refine requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards for coding, testing, CI/CD, and release management.
- Drive platform optimization across performance, scalability, usability, and governance.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive long-term technical resolutions.
- Leverage AI-powered engineering tools responsibly to improve productivity and code quality.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 12+ years of Salesforce engineering or technical leadership experience within global SaaS organizations.
- 2+ years directly managing engineering teams, including hiring and career development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, integrations, and platform customization.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and design patterns.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
