As a Technical Account Manager at MongoDB in Gurugram, you will play a crucial role in solving complex technical problems for key customers using the MongoDB platform. Responsibilities

• Cultivate customer confidence and drive positive technical outcomes for major accounts.
• Engage with key customers through systematic discovery and shared objective roadmaps.
• Resolve questions and demonstrate solutions regarding architecture, performance, security, and recovery.
• Communicate customer workloads, use cases, and resiliency criteria clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functionally and collaborate to ensure customer needs are met.
• Mentor new team members and contribute to the growth of the Technical Account Management function.
• Act as the product team's eyes and ears by identifying new customer requirements and opportunities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and account leadership skills to engage effectively at all levels.
• Ability to work independently as well as cross-functionally to meet customer goals.
• Experience solving complex, real-time problems and providing calm technical leadership during escalated situations.
• Experience building, maintaining, tuning, and troubleshooting mission-critical production database systems.
• Familiarity with modern service architectures and enterprise development patterns.
• Experience using cloud services stacks such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Good to have

• Experience managing large-scale databases like RDBMS or NoSQL.
• Experience with microservices, serverless architectures, and CI/CD tools.
• Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, and enterprise identity platforms.
• Prior experience using or managing MongoDB.
• Strong systems engineering and troubleshooting experience, including Linux performance and networking.
