As a Technical Project Manager at metaforms in Bengaluru, you will take charge of shipping complex software initiatives on time and at high quality. Metaforms builds an AI SaaS platform designed for market research agencies globally to streamline research workflows. Your normal day involves running the delivery cadence across engineering, product, AI/ML, and customer success teams. You will break down projects into milestones, map out dependencies, track risks, and maintain clear decision logs. A significant part of your routine includes coordinating AI feature rollouts by aligning quality benchmarks with engineering progress, managing enterprise customer implementations with the customer success team, and turning recurring implementation pain points into actionable insights for the product roadmap. You act as a vital bridge, making sure product plans and engineering execution align seamlessly without anything falling between the cracks.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-team initiatives by setting milestones, tracking dependencies, and launching on time.
• Run delivery cadences with engineering and product, including cycle planning, risk tracking, and leadership status updates.
• Coordinate AI feature delivery by keeping evaluations, quality benchmarks, and ship criteria visible alongside engineering progress.
• Integrate market research domain experts into the build loop to shape output definitions.
• Lead enterprise customer implementations involving pilots, data onboarding, integrations, and go-live plans.
• Translate recurring customer feedback and implementation challenges into clear product roadmap inputs.
• Identify unrealistic estimates or conflicting team priorities and resolve them early.

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of experience across technical program management, engineering, solutions engineering, or implementation.
• At least 2 years of experience specifically owning cross-team delivery.
• Track record of shipping software products to enterprise B2B customers.
• Technical depth to discuss architecture, APIs, and data pipelines with engineers and challenge estimates.
• Experience managing uncertain timelines, particularly in ML or data-heavy products.
• Comfort in customer-facing settings, including running implementation calls and managing commitments with US-based clients.
• Clear and concise written communication skills for status updates and trade-off documents.
• Bias for action and comfort with ambiguity in an early-stage environment.

Good to have

• Hands-on experience with LLM-powered products like evals and prompt iteration.
• Background in market research, survey platforms, analytics, or insights tooling.
• Experience as an early TPM or program owner at a Series A-C startup.
• Prior engineering background.
