Prodigal is looking for an Agent Engineer in Bengaluru to join its team. In this role, your normal day will involve building and deploying LLM-powered and voice AI agents, designing prompts and RAG pipelines, monitoring system accuracy, and collaborating with customers and implementation managers to solve real-world problems and drive successful go-lives.
Responsibilities
- Build and deploy production-ready LLM-powered AI agents and voice agents.
- Manage the complete end-to-end lifecycle of AI systems from scoping to deployment and monitoring.
- Design and optimize prompts, RAG pipelines, and evaluation frameworks for better reliability and latency.
- Work alongside customers and Implementation Managers to understand workflows and deliver solutions.
- Drive successful go-lives and continuous iterations for enterprise deployments.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in backend, data, or AI engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience or exposure to LLMs, RAG, or prompt engineering.
- High ownership mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity and ship fast.
- Comfortable collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams.

- Experience with production LLM systems or AI agents.
