Prodigal is a connected AI platform used by leading financial institutions to run their operations, working with banks, lenders, and credit unions across North America. As an AI Deployment Lead at Prodigal in Bengaluru, you will be one of the most critical team members responsible for taking AI agents from signed contracts to live, high-performing systems. In this role, you will bridge customer understanding, technical depth, and operational rigor. A normal day involves working directly with North American customers such as debt collection agencies and loan servicers to understand their call flows, scripts, compliance constraints, and tech stacks. You will translate these needs into precise scopes, design how AI agents behave across various scenarios, manage concurrent deployments, and validate agent performance through rigorous testing. You will also oversee post-go-live performance, track key metrics, manage escalations, and collaborate closely with internal engineering teams and external customer stakeholders to ensure seamless AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Conduct customer discovery to map existing business workflows, call flows, and tech stacks including telephony dialers, CRMs, and APIs.
• Manage 4 to 6 concurrent deployments with strong project governance, clear milestones, and zero customer surprises.
• Design agent behavior interaction maps and translate complex requirements into actionable scopes for engineering teams.
• Design comprehensive test scenarios and conduct test calls with Agent Engineers to ensure agents are production-ready.
• Track agent KPIs, surface performance issues, manage post-production bugs, and drive continuous improvement post-go-live.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder customer environments ranging from CXOs and Operations to Compliance and IT teams.
• Serve as the primary escalation point and design incident response SLAs to drive resolution.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in any B2B program management role.
• Understanding of how APIs work, ability to read a basic integration spec, and capability to hold credible technical conversations.
• Strong communication skills with comfort presenting to CXOs and working through escalations with engineers.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and figure things out with high ownership and low hand-holding.
• Capability to manage third-party vendors and customer legacy systems.

Good to have

• Experience deploying or managing voice AI agents, conversational AI, or automation systems.
• Familiarity with the US consumer finance or debt collections industry.
• Experience working with or for North American customers.
• Experience exploring AI tools beyond chatting and co-working with AI agents.
• Background in SaaS, heavy industries, supply chain, consulting, digital transformation, or technical deployments.
