Your typical workday involves processing purchase order and non-purchase order invoices, matching documents, resolving internal and vendor queries, handling rejections, and assisting with month-end closing activities. You will also monitor aging documents, track daily targets, and manage end-of-day reporting to ensure seamless financial workflows while working from the Mumbai office.
Responsibilities
- Process PO and Non-PO invoices and assign GL accounts and cost centres
- Perform two-way and three-way matching of invoices with goods receipts
- Resolve internal requests, vendor queries, and invoice escalations
- Handle TDB invoices, provisions, and rejected documents from approvers
- Monitor aging documents and execute EOD reporting for invoice completion
- Assist with month-end closing and root cause analysis for transaction differences
- Review and achieve daily and monthly operational targets
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- Minimum Graduate degree
- Willingness to work on a 6-9 months contract job
- Availability for early morning shifts starting at 6:30 AM
- Ability to work from the office in Vikhroli, Mumbai
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills with strong problem-solving abilities
