As an Associate TSE II at MongoDB in Bengaluru, you will play a vital role in helping customers succeed with the entire MongoDB ecosystem, including database servers, drivers, cloud infrastructure, Atlas, and Cloud Manager. You will act as an expert on best practices, advocate for customer needs with product and development teams, and contribute to internal software development projects focused on diagnostics, benchmarking, and performance support tools.
Responsibilities
- Partner with major customers to resolve complex challenges regarding architecture, security, performance, and recovery.
- Serve as an expert resource on best practices for running MongoDB at scale.
- Act as a customer advocate by interfacing directly with product management and development teams.
- Contribute to internal projects involving software development for diagnostics, benchmarking, and support tools.
- Collaborate closely with team members and handle technical support workflows using advanced diagnostic skills.
- Complete required training milestones, including new hire training, certification exams, and handling technical escalations.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of systems administration, troubleshooting, and network administration
- Knowledge of scalable and highly available distributed systems
- Familiarity with application architecture, data architecture, and database administration
- Experience in performance tuning and benchmarking
- Previous experience in technical support
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving abilities

- Comfortable with modern AI concepts and proficient with AI-assisted tools for troubleshooting
