Zeta Global is looking for a Client Experience Specialist to join the team in Bangalore, India. Zeta Global operates as an AI-Powered Marketing Cloud, using advanced artificial intelligence and consumer signals to help marketers acquire, grow, and retain customers efficiently through the Zeta Marketing Platform. In this position, you will support the Client Experience team by delivering insights using business intelligence deliverables and audience strategies. A normal day in this role involves coordinating deliverables, managing project roadmaps, and integrating internal teams across sales, media, account management, and analytics to align goals, resolve issues, and maximize client satisfaction. You will turn data into actionable recommendations, prepare client communications, maintain project trackers, and assist with campaign launches and performance reviews to ensure smooth daily operations and high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Support account leads with meeting preparation, agendas, recaps, status updates, presentations, and client communications.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, deliverable trackers, and internal documentation.
• Coordinate with media, analytics, strategy, creative, data, finance, and operations teams to keep client work on schedule.
• Assist in campaign launches, pacing checks, reporting, optimization documentation, and performance reviews.
• Prepare recurring client reports and help translate results into clear, client-friendly takeaways.
• Flag risks, delays, budget concerns, or unmet client needs early and help drive resolution.
• Ensure client records, contracts, scopes, budgets, and key account details are current and accessible.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in client services, account coordination, customer success, marketing, media, advertising, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and following through on details.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Collaborative team player who performs well in a fast-paced environment.

Good to have

• Experience in project management tools like Asana.
