Responsibilities
- Build and lead the Bangalore CPU Core DV team by managing hiring, mentorship, performance, and growth.
- Own the verification strategy and execution for high-performance, out-of-order RISC-V CPU cores.
- Drive cross-site collaboration with verification and design leads in Santa Clara and Austin.
- Align schedules, coverage goals, tapeout readiness, and the closure of critical bugs and coverage gaps.
- Stay technically involved by contributing to debug sessions, architecture reviews, and testplan creation.
- Champion AI-assisted tools for test stimulus generation, regression triage, and coverage analysis.
Requirements
- 15+ years of CPU and design verification experience.
- 7+ years of experience leading verification teams.
- Strong hands-on expertise in high-performance, out-of-order CPU verification.
- Deep microarchitecture and verification knowledge, including ISA, RTL, and UVM/CVM.
- Experience with testbench development, regression management, test coverage, and complex debug.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers.
