Mixpanel, a leading product intelligence and analytics platform trusted by over 29,000 companies, is hiring a Customer Value Architect to join its Revenue organization in Bengaluru. The company helps teams understand user behavior, diagnose issues, and decide what to build next using powerful analytics and AI. In this role, you will bridge the gap between what customers buy and what they actually achieve using Mixpanel. Working closely with Account Executives, Renewal Managers, and Delivery Engineers, you will own customer adoption, value realization, and account health from onboarding to renewal handoffs. A normal day involves driving customer onboarding, leading enablement sessions, monitoring account health, conducting business reviews, guiding AI feature adoption, and identifying risk or expansion signals without handling commercial pricing.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding outcomes, time-to-value, and success plans for assigned customer accounts.
• Lead customer training and enablement on dashboard design, funnel analysis, and retention modeling.
• Monitor product usage and account health to run regular business reviews and address adoption gaps.
• Build relationships with technical stakeholders, practitioners, and business executives across accounts.
• Drive adoption of Mixpanel AI tools and guide customers on AI maturity.
• Detect health risks or potential churn early and coordinate internal teams to secure value-linked saves.
• Identify use-case gaps and source expansion signals with evidence for Account Executives.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or consulting for B2B SaaS accounts.
• Strong comfort working directly with data, event taxonomies, and technical product metrics.
• Proven track record of managing relationships across various stakeholder levels from day-to-day users to executives.
• Experience building and running structured adoption or success plans tied to measurable outcomes.
• Hands-on experience with AI or agentic tooling beyond casual use, such as LLM copilots or MCP workflows.
• Good judgment in prioritizing account portfolios based on risk, tier, and opportunity.

Good to have

• Background in product analytics, growth, or data-driven product development.
• Experience working in a technical advisory or professional-services capacity.
• Familiarity with analytics instrumentation, event tracking, or data tooling.
