As a Delivery Operations Coordinator at the Hyderabad office, you will play a crucial part in supporting the global content distribution workflows. Your core mission is to make sure that video, audio, subtitles, artwork, and metadata are delivered accurately and on time to internal systems, licensors, and partners. A normal day in this role involves coordinating outbound deliveries, validating technical specifications, checking digital storefronts for metadata and subtitle accuracy, and working across time zones with US teams and external vendors. You will maintain delivery records using tools like Airtable, troubleshoot asset issues, and perform material readiness checks to meet publishing deadlines while providing vital cross-timezone coverage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track outbound file submissions to partners and licensors across various time zones
• Support daily delivery operations adhering to partner deadlines and specific content cycles
• Validate that video, audio, subtitle, artwork, and metadata elements meet technical specs
• Act as a liaison between Media Operations, Production Management, and external vendors to solve issues
• Maintain delivery trackers and Airtable records to ensure all deliverables are logged
• Conduct daily storefront checks for availability, metadata accuracy, and asset alignment
• Escalate and document storefront discrepancies like missing assets or incorrect territories
• Perform material readiness checks before publish deadlines to verify approved assets

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in digital media operations, delivery coordination, or content servicing
• Proficiency in asset management, storage systems, cloud storage solutions, and file transfer protocols
• Strong understanding of video, audio, and subtitle file types alongside metadata packaging
• Knowledge of industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Avid
• Excellent organizational and communication skills to track multiple concurrent deliveries
• Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver capable of working independently across time zones
• Ability to provide overlapping coverage between the US and Hyderabad

Good to have

• Experience with tools like Airtable, Aspera, GCP, and content management systems
• Familiarity with anime, entertainment, or streaming media
