DevOps Engineer - Hybrid & Multi Cloud

Conviva is hiring a DevOps Engineer for its team in Bengaluru, India, to work on hybrid and multi-cloud environments. Conviva provides an experience analytics platform for AI agents, apps, and streaming, having supported major global events like the Super Bowl, Olympic Games, and FIFA World Cup with real-time analytics. In this hybrid role, you will help bridge traditional on-premises infrastructure with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and OCI. A normal day involves managing hybrid and multi-cloud orchestration, building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, designing secure IAM workflows, setting up observability systems, and debugging complex distributed systems. Responsibilities

• Manage, scale, and maintain on-premises infrastructure while supporting AWS, GCP, and OCI environments.
• Design, implement, and audit secure authentication and authorization workflows across hybrid setups.
• Build, maintain, and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines for safe and rapid deployments.
• Set up comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to debug distributed systems.
• Embed security best practices like vulnerability scanning and secrets management into the infrastructure lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Systems Engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform or OpenTofu for Infrastructure as Code.
• Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals including DNS, TCP/IP, firewalls, and routing.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or OCI.
• Working knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes for container management.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, CI/CD tools, and secrets management tools like HashiCorp Vault.

Good to have

• Experience with multiple cloud providers simultaneously.
• Familiarity with OpenSearch or ELK stack for logging.
• Experience with Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring.
