As an Intern for Employer Branding at Zinnov in Hyderabad, you will support employer branding, communications, and talent attraction initiatives for both Zinnov and Global Capability Centers. Zinnov is a global management consulting firm that assists enterprises, technology companies, and investors with market entry, global operating models, M&A decisions, and long-term growth. Within the Globalization Excellence practice, the team helps build and scale global capability centers from discovery to run phase. On a normal day, you will work alongside consultants, managers, and talent acquisition teams to conduct research on talent markets, develop content for LinkedIn and careers pages, execute recruitment marketing campaigns, support employee engagement programs, and coordinate project activities while tracking campaign metrics and maintaining schedules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on employer branding, talent markets, and competitor landscapes.
• Support the creation of content for LinkedIn, blogs, careers pages, and campaigns.
• Assist in executing recruitment marketing and employer branding campaigns.
• Track engagement metrics, campaign performance, and maintain project trackers.
• Support employee advocacy, internal branding, and employee stories amplification.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure timely task execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, Advertising, Commerce, or related field.
• 0 to 2+ years of experience in employer branding, communications, content or digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Content creation and storytelling ability.
• Research and analytical thinking.
• Attention to detail and execution discipline.

Good to have

• MBA or PGDM degree.
• Exposure to Canva or basic design tools.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn and social media marketing.
• Experience creating presentations using PowerPoint.
• Internship or project experience in branding, communications, or marketing.
