As an Intern in the People Success Partner role based in Koramangala, Bangalore, you will join the People Success team to support various human resources functions within the organization. A normal day in this internship involves assisting with HR operations, analyzing employee data and metrics, supporting learning and development programs, and driving employee engagement initiatives. You will work alongside HR teams and business partners to help maintain strong workplace culture, contribute to compensation processes, and aid in performance management systems. This role offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic HR functions within a data-led consulting environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing HR functions including HR operations, compensation, learning and development, talent management, and employer branding.
• Monitor employee sentiment using pulse surveys, HealthCheck, and exit interviews to drive engagement programs.
• Help create and analyze HR metrics and compensation data to provide insights to leadership.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs to build strong workplace connections.
• Assist with performance management, promotion communications, and goal setting or KRA execution.
• Collaborate with business partners to identify training needs and areas for improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee data and HR information.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Master’s degree or equivalent in HR, MBA, Learning & Development, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
• Strong mental agility and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborative team player with a customer-focused orientation.
