As an Intern - People Success Partner based in Koramangala, Bangalore, you will support the People Success team within the firm. A normal day in this internship involves assisting with various human resources functions such as HR operations, learning and development, talent management, compensation, and employer branding. You will help monitor employee sentiment using feedback sources like surveys and exit interviews, support employee engagement and recognition programs, assist in creating and analyzing HR metrics, and aid in performance management and training processes. The role offers a chance to work closely with business partners and leadership to help strengthen company culture, improve the overall employee experience, and handle sensitive people data with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing HR functions including HR operations, compensation, learning and development, and employer branding.
• Monitor employee pulse using surveys, HealthChecks, and exit interviews to drive engagement initiatives.
• Help create, track, and analyze HR metrics and compensation data to provide insights to leadership.
• Support employee engagement events, recognition programs, and internal communication efforts.
• Assist with performance management processes, promotions, and goal setting or KRA execution.
• Work with business partners to identify training needs and support learning and development initiatives.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee data and information.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field such as HR, MBA, or Learning and Development.
• Strong interpersonal skills with effective written and oral communication abilities.
• Highly responsive and customer-focused orientation with good organizational and planning skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in day-to-day tasks.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive data.
• Strong mental agility and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to act as a collaborative team player.
