As a Manager - Talent Acquisition at Zinnov, you will lead hiring engines for the Globalisation Excellence practice in Koramangala, Bangalore. Zinnov is a global management consulting firm partnering with enterprises, tech companies, and investors to guide strategic investments, global scaling, and growth decisions. In this full-time role, your normal day will involve shaping and executing hiring strategies, leading high-volume and niche recruitment programs, partnering with senior business leaders, and driving AI-first talent acquisition initiatives. You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining, oversee executive and leadership hiring for technology functions, and utilize data dashboards and market intelligence to track hiring performance, ensure operational rigor, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals and workforce planning inputs.
• Drive an AI-first recruitment approach by leveraging AI-powered sourcing, screening, and automation tools.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to final candidate onboarding.
• Lead executive and leadership hiring for critical technology, product, data, and engineering roles.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders and build credibility through data-backed insights and reliable governance.
• Manage high-volume and niche hiring programs while building diverse talent pipelines.
• Drive diversity hiring initiatives and lead change management for new TA processes and operating models.
• Track hiring performance metrics, manage dashboards, and translate funnel data into actionable insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required, with a technical background preferred.
• Master's degree or MBA in HR, Learning & Development, or related fields preferred.
• 12 to 15 years of experience in talent acquisition within a results-driven environment.
• Demonstrated success in hiring technology leadership positions such as Directors and Senior Managers.
• Experience partnering with Business Unit Heads, Engineering Leaders, and Delivery Leadership.
• Mandatory experience using AI-enabled recruiting platforms and GenAI tools for sourcing and productivity.
• Strong command of the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to joining.
• Advanced Excel and dashboard management capability for reporting and funnel hygiene.

Good to have

• Product engineering and technology hiring experience strongly preferred.
