As a Talent Acquisition Intern for Non-Tech Recruitment at Paytm in Gurugram, you will play an active role in driving talent identification and engagement across business, sales, operations, and corporate functions. Working closely with recruiters and business stakeholders, a normal day involves sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interview schedules, and managing candidate data in recruitment trackers. You will also use modern sourcing tools, basic AI prompts, and automated communication platforms to support high-volume hiring workflows. This internship provides hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment operations within a fast-paced fintech ecosystem, helping fuel Paytm's ongoing growth through effective talent acquisition strategies.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates for business, sales, and enabling functions using job boards, social channels, and internal platforms.
• Conduct initial resume screening and phone evaluations to assess candidate suitability and communication skills.
• Manage end-to-end interview scheduling, logistics, and candidate communications for a seamless experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and application stages in the Applicant Tracking System and recruitment trackers.
• Perform basic market mapping and talent research to support recruiter search strategies for specialized non-tech profiles.
• Utilize modern sourcing tools, AI prompts, and automated communication platforms to accelerate top-of-funnel hiring workflows.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree, with MBA or PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for professional candidate engagement.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing calendars and pipelines.
• High learning agility, curiosity, and comfort in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace including Sheets, Docs, and Slides.

Good to have

• Prior internship experience in HR, recruitment, candidate sourcing, or talent coordination.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and LinkedIn.
• Interest in fintech, internet platforms, or high-growth technology environments.
